Nestled among the Italian rolling hills, INSPIRA is a place to immerse yourself in nature, breathe deeply, relax, and regenerate.
We are an organic permaculture farm, and opening a Farmstay & Retreat Center in Summer 2026. Just 30 minutes from the Tuscan coast, we are situated in a blessed position with regards to the region's beautiful nature and amazing cultural offerings.
During 2025 we are receiving those of you who wanted to have a learning-by-doing experience at the farm through WWOOF.it.
In Summer 2026, will be ready to host your holidays, events & retreats at this breathtaking setting.
Since January 2025, we have been transforming this certified organic farm also into a Permaculture haven. Some key permaculture features we use include: earth-works to build and plant our Food Forest, a Mandala Vegetable Garden, and our Chicken Coops (fixed and mobile). In 2026 we will expand our projects to finalize our Green House and also to include an Edible Flowers Meadow, a Spiral Herb Garden, some Bee-Hives, and Mushrooms, among other.
Additionally, we are dedicating part of our land as a wilderness area and maintaining the existing 30 and 4 year old Olive Groves. Check out our project section for ongoing news!
During our first year, and as we setup our permaculture project, we will continue the production of a high-end olive oil from our 800 tree olive grove, and the lavender flowers from our 2000 plants. As our second Summer approaches, our products diversity will grow exponentially to include even more fruits, vegetables, nuts, flowers and herbs. With some luck, we will have honey, mushrooms.
Just like many of you, for many years we were a couple of business city people, living our very structured routines. We always were lucky enough to have a garden where we grew some fruits and vegetables. We dreamt of the next weekend or holiday to spend some time in nature. Today we find ourselves in beautiful Tuscany with a dream in the making! Our names are Marcela and Mark and we can't wait to share this place with you.
