INSPIRA, as mentioned above is the nickname for the Società Agricola Mark Ruppli & C. and is a farm or agriculture society and agriturismo in Italy and as such under Italian law.

Term and Conditions Applicability
These Terms and Conditions govern all farmstays and hospitality offered by INSPIRA through the website www.INSPIRA.earth. These are applicable for all services (retreats, workshops, seminars, and gatherings) published on this website.

Withdrawal of offer
The offer of INSPIRA is made without obligation and can be withdrawn by INSPIRA if necessary.
Withdrawal, in order to correct errors in the calculation of the an offered service or product or other errors, is permitted.
