OUR PRODUCTS
INSPIRA Farm: Produce & Permaculture
DELICIOUS & MADE WITH LOVE
At INSPIRA we produce a number of produce and products for our own consumption at the Farmstay. The two products we sell to the general public is our Organic Extra Virgen Olive Oil, and our fresh Lavender.
In some months, the extra produce will be available at the farm, fresh or preserved.
Our selection of products will be growing as we grow the farm.
WHAT WE CURRENTLY PRODUCE
(1) Extra Virgen Olive Oil from our beautiful Olive Grove;
(2) Lavender fresh, dry in sachets and soon also as essential oil;
(3) Fresh organic vegetables, herbs and fruits in our Mandala Garden;
(4) Home-made preserved organic: marmalades, chutneys and pickled products from our farm;
(4) Organic nuts such as Almonds and other nuts and goodies in our new Food Forest (started 2025), al natural or candied;
FUTURE PROJECTS INCLUDE:
(5) Dried edible and medicinal herbs and flowers from our Herbs & Flower Meadows
(6) Sustainably produced honey, focused on the wellbeing of the bees;

CARAMELIZED & ROASTED NUTS
All around our property we have different nut trees (more will be added through our Food Forest project). In the late Summer & Fall we will collect and package the nuts, natural, roasted or caramelized.

SUSTAINABLE & RESPECTFUL HONEY
As part of our projects, we will welcome our bees among nut trees and flower meadows by late Spring 2026. We hope to have a first batch of honey later in the year. Stay tuned!
